Leadership Adventures team brings over two decades of experience in wilderness-based leadership development, with more than 5,000 hours of outdoor training delivered. Every expedition is grounded in our commitment to safety, maintaining an accident-free, harassment-free, and violence-free culture. Our 8-stage Risk Management Framework is led by senior, globally certified trainers to ensure the highest standards of safety and preparedness.

Every leadership adventure is led by globally certified and highly experienced outdoor professionals, trained at institutions such as the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), Wilderness First Responder, Center for Outdoor Ethics.
